From August through October, staff from the Office of Child Development and Early
Learning conducted information sessions for child care providers to discuss the
regulation amendments. At each of the sessions, OCDEL staff recorded questions from
providers. We gathered those questions and additional questions received from other
sources into this document. Please note that this document should be read in conjunction
with the regulations and is not a substitute for reading the regulations.
